224- 100% vs. 90%

Not that you can see me, but today I'm wearing a pair of pants that I haven't worn in over 5 years.  Don't worry, they are khaki's- impossible to be out of style.  Especially for work.  

When I'm sticking to my plan of no sugar, no grains, etc., 100%, I feel great, I look better, and weight comes off easy.  When I get complacent and start allowing things to creep in (corn tortillas, etc.) and still remain about 90% good, I stall out and maintain.  It sucks that its such a fine line, but at least know where the line is!

    I've been following you for about a month or two now and I have really enjoyed your blog. Some of my followers have mentioned that they are interested in crossfit but intimidated at the same time. I was wondering if at some point (theres no deadline, seriously whenever you're not busy) you'd be willing to write a guest post on my blog about how you got into crossfit + your results from it? I'm not exactly a huge blog so it probably won't get you that much publicity or anything but it's just something I'd be really interested in sharing with my followers.
